Delivery errors can sometimes be caused by incorrect information being entered onto a Carrier’s on-line system. With the newDPD Shipment and Consignment Tracking application, the details are output directly from the Datafile so that there’s no re- keying of despatch information for label printing.
Consignment references are then imported back into the system so that parcel tracking can be done directly from the Datafile Ledger Enquiries.
